    Hey guys,
    Just bought a 2008 Tacoma that was a theft recovery and is missing a few things, including the ECM and Imobalizer comp. I was under the impression that I could buy used and have them reflashed. The problem now is I have people telling that I can't, and others still telling me I can! Would it just be better off buying new? Just tryin to save a few bucks, any help would be much appreciated!
