    I've had no issues with the mod. This mod is pretty straight forward, not much to go wrong. I'm on ovtune 1.05 93 and use ect a lot. The ability to turn on ect without having to look for the dash button is my favorite thing about this mod. This mod will be a huge plus for anyone who wants the ovtune gear lock.

    To update, we're still looking at the end of March before I'll be ready to sell the modification kit. I'll keep everyone posted.

    I ordered some mini push button momentary switches, wire, and soldering iron. I’m gonna attempt this mod on my own. If I ruin my shift knob, I’ll just buy the pro knob that I’ve been too cheap to buy. Wish me luck!
    Looks like I just have to tap into pin 1&4 with my momentary switch.

    It's all good. Speaking of sales, I've got everything ready to go now and will be making the shift knob modification kit available for sale this weekend. The kit will require you to send me your knob (non-TRD) I'll add a button to it and ship it back to you with a wiring harness. I'll post again when it's live and will have a post in the marketplace.
