Eibach PRO TRUCK Coilover 2.0 Stage 2

Finally got them installed along with dirt king ball joint UCAs
Along with fox 2.0 resi w/adjuster and wheelers aal in the rear
It’s so smooth compared to stock sport suspension
I adjusted these up to 2.5 inches of lift came out of the box at 1.25 inches of lift
These are my measurements as I adjusted them but mind them as i am an access cab so I’m alittle lighter then most Double cab short beds
I marked the the threaded ring with a paint marker straight out toward the spindle and just counted each time i went around

Thanks for writing up the measurements you recorded, some of us did need that. Other than that, how much of lift did you gain in total up front? 2.80" to 3" of lift?
And what AAL did you go with from wheelers? Was it a 3 leaf AAL, or the single AAL?

 

Mine came in at around 2.5-3 inch lift. I day this because they replaced my spacer lift, and they are still level with rear, and rear has a 1.5 inch spacer.

 

Seeing all of these trucks makes me excited to get my kit installed. Won't be until the spring though when I switch back to summers. I am also glad to hear that the Sport owners are finding a softer ride. The stick suspension can be so jarring at time.

 

I made it exactly 2.5 inch of lift and it’s a wheelers single aal but I think they technically sent me the wrong aal but go it to work just seemed to be longer then it should be

once I put my sso bumper and winch on I’ll probably adjust it up abit more

And for the aal, did it had a sticker on it and it said something like automann, similar to the one in the picture I post up about few days ago?

And how's the ride front and back? Pretty stiff? Firm? plush?

Yea it’s a similar look to the aal as the one you posted but my was marked WHEAAL41 that’s why I think they sent me the wrong one

it’s a firm ride up front in a very good way and it’s not jarring when you hit a bump like before with stock sport suspension

My rear got stiffer with the AAL but i was running the stock leaf pack for awhile with fox 2.0 resi w/ adjustor on full soft with archive garage hammer hangers which made my rear much more comfortable ride then the stock shock with stock hangers

I also have wheelers bumpstops front and rear that also help with the suspension be less jarring if it was to bottom out

 

I recently installed the Eibach Coilover kit with SPC upper control arms, egcs bushing, and Icon RXT leaf pack set to stage 1 on my 2019 TRD sport. I was looking for a more capable suspension that rode in between the sport and offroad and I think I found it. The ride is stiff (over the offroad) but not jarring and definitely softer than the stock sport suspension, have had this setup for about a month so far and am really happy with it and everything seems to be working fine together (was worried about the rxt leafs and eibach shocks maxing out)

I plan on going with this exact set up just waiting for everything to arrive, I can’t wait! I was worried about the shocks maxing out also but this gives me piece of mind now

 

For those how have adjusted the stage 2 . How much lift did one full turn of the lower collor give you ?

 

I need to adjust mine, I still have the taco lean. But I don't think 1 turn is much, I think you have to turn quite a few times to have a noticeable difference.

 

I have a 2nd gen DCSB Prerunner .I also have a 1inch block out back. I had these installed . I told the tech to level the front to match the back. The pass side lower coller is 5/8 of an inch lower then the driver side . What I don't know is what each turn of the coller gives or takes away . It did settle an 1/8 inch after a couple weeks . I am Just curious how many turns it will take to get it back .?.?. I do love the way it rides and the lift it gave me . Much better then the billstien 5100 set at 0 with the OME springs .

Ok, found a thread i had with eibach, every 12 rotations is about 1 inch lift/drop. hope that helps.

 

the motion ration for a tacoma is .5 so every 1/2 inch of preload should net you 1 inch of lift

 

0.5? I have read 0.6, maybe that is a different Toyota LCA. Regardless there is a ratio either way.
