i have a good buddy that owns a 95 or 96 tacoma with suspension lift and stuff. recently he was coming back from off roading and hit a puddle not mudhole but a puddle at a decent speed and splashed a ton of water by accident. after that his truck cut off, he was able to crank it but after that it randomly cuts off, refuses to start and some times things like his headlights wont work ect... any ideas on what his prollem could be?
