Open claim with Toyota Corporate. If that doesn’t work, look into Lemon Law. Keep copy of all communications and documentation of this ongoing issue.

Sorry to hear that. I have my bi annual check up this month and I'll be taking it to Longo Toyota as well and see what answers they give me .I've only noticed the sound once the vehicle has warmed up.

Currently at Longo Toyota. I had a Master Service Technician named Ryan do a test drive with my vehicle and then did a cross-test with a similar vehicle(2017 Tacoma Sport, non-jbl, DCSB). He did not hear the noise during both test drives. It wasn't until we were parked that he was able to faintly hear it. Ryan told me that the Tundras all have the similar problem where the noise is caused by what MOC221_ stated, the ECM. Toyota states the electrical buzzing caused by the ECM is normal in the Tundras. He has not heard of this happening in the Tacoma.

I am scheduled to have my vehicle inspected by the DMPS?, this Thursday. I guess they are the guys regional district managers from corporate who have more experience and training to determine the source of the noise... if they are even able to hear the noise. It took a while to get Ryan to hear the buzzing noise. Ryan believes that Corporate won't be doing much to solve the issue, since its considered "normal" for the Tundra to have that buzzing noise.

Just got my truck back from Longo after the DSPM (District Service Part Manager). These corporate guys said that the buzzing noise is normal and is caused by the direct fuel injectors. The sound comes and goes, and that its just part of the vehicle. SMH... I wonder how the Tundra guys deal with it. Its like an annoying mosquito.
