Here's my first mod on my new '09. It was a quick (relatively), cheap mod. Cost about $10 for two cans of spray paint and a can of clear coat.

    Before
    [IMG]

Taped off - 4 coats of the first color
    [IMG]

    Removed tape after first color
    [IMG]

Taped off after 4 coats of second color
    [IMG]

Removed tape after second color. Man, I suck at this! It peeled off a lot of the first color...

After touching up the screw ups and 4 coats of clear coat.

Installed! Don't look too close or you'll see how bad I suck at painting... :)

    Go Horns! :)

Looks pretty trick. Just a tip on painting... prep is everything. Shouldve sanded and primed before you paint.

No, I didn't. I thought I read from the "cheap mods" section that I didn't need to.

Oh well - I know for next time... :)

Great job!! Came out excellent, IMHO. Just my $.02 I prefer Rusto, Belton, or Montana, before Krylon.
