    Hey peeps,
I have a new 2010 taco trd off road with 30 miles on it. After taking it home and listening to the engine from the outside, I noticed an irritating noise coming from the engine. The noise sounds like a bicycle with sumthing stuck in the spokes. I opened the hood and it looks like it comes from a belt or the fan or sumthing that spins that I can't see. Does anyone else have this problem or know what's causing it?

The took it back to the dealer's service cebter and of coarse they tell me "It's natural." I listened to my friend's 2011 taco and it doesn't have the noise. The service center claims my truck sounds like 3 other 2010 taco's they had on the lot. Is this a concern or am I freaking out about nothing?

If it sounds like ticking (which seems to be what you mean) then it's the annoying "Engine Tick", it's normal

Yes sounds like a ticking. Irritating as shoot, and sumtimes is almost as loud as my engine in neutral. So most other taco's
Have that noise? Not even my girl's 4runner makes that sound.
