    Limited or not meaning base.

Kelly Blue Book separates it like that.

Only trying to figure out what is the difference.

Whats up with the painted fender flairs on some taco's.

Is that supposed to mean limited or what?

Just ignore the 'limited' thing.... It doesn't mean much of anything that I know of. There's nothing 'limited' in terms of options for a tacoma.

Do you have a specific truck in mind that you're looking at?

    Can you post the link?

'Limited' no doubt refers to the 'Limited Package' - an option for a set of trim / accessories offered on 2001 - 2004 Double Cabs. In other words - 'Limited' is an option, not a model.

    The Limited Package included:

The Limited and TRD Off Road Packages were two separate options packages, and you could have both.
