Entune app

Does anyone even use that app

I know most of us hate the app and system it’s self, I hate it the only time I use the app is to find cheap gas

But anyways I notice when I log in to the stupid app my volume of my audio is cut in half I normally listing to music at level 30, when it connects to the app sounds like level 10 so I took to Toyota for service and told them about the issues they told me they have a tech guy and he will check it out couple hours pass by tech guy said no issues found that they try several phones on the notes it said suggested customer to turn up the volume lmafo I'm dead no shit bitchhh it is all the way up so that issues wasn’t fix so I deleted the app to get full audio level back I'm guessing its software issue on iOS 13.2.3 I don't have an android phone to try it

Has anyone else noticed this issue is there a fix ?
