Okay, my first post plus question. I inherited a 2012 Entune HU with the bloody "bluetooth off" crap. Like after pairing and going into apps and such, it just shuts down and says FU, Bluetooth off. I have followed the disassembly post about tightening an antenna connection (×2) but thats a solder point so screws arent an issue. I did "flare" the antenna connections thinking thats the weak link but that only lasted a day. Enough of that.
I have a Galaxy S7 so I dont need all that much connectivity crap on my dash and I have survived this long without all the "wheres waldo" stuff.
It seems the radio is constant power and the reset method is key off/on. My question is identifying the power lead to the Entune HU so I can install a momentary switch to cycle/reset. Like I said, I can live without hands free calls and such but sometimes I might like to use what I paid for.
PS...the maps update cost is too much, but you know that already. Thx for any advice.

Also the phone can cause that issue. Toyota is aware of a connectivity issues with Android phones cause the newer operating systems. They are working on a fix. I work for Toyota and I get all the radio complaints
