I put the entune app on my phone, and I just keep getting a notification for a mandatory update and then it immediately says "Download Unsuccessful". I keeps doing this over and over, every time I turn the car on.

Is the entune app even worth all this headache? I am just going to delete the app entirely. I thought maybe Spotify had an app but it doesn't, so I don't care about this crap.

I never set mine up. I guess I might just be blissfully ignorant, because I've never used it and dont know what I am missing...but I dont see much value in it.

Does it let me use Waze as my navigation? If not, I dont really need it. I can do everything else through my phone w/ bluetooth.

The update fixed my Pandora connectivity issue. Used to be hit-and-miss, often needed to reboot iphone and manually disconnect/reconnect to iphone on the Entune settings page.
I haven't had to do this once since the update a few weeks ago. The reconnect to Pandora after shutting off the truck with Pandora running is really quick now after restart and does so on its own.
I don't have to touch anything.

I got an update a few days ago and don't see a difference. It's likely some patch to make iOS 11 work better.
