Ok, so I have a 2016 TRDOR with the JBL premium entune and it won't update. I went to the website and downloaded the update onto a USB stick, stuck it in the USB port and nothing, it's not recognized at all. Then I used a different USB stick and same results. I even plugged my phone into the USB and it gives it power but nothing comes up on the audio source options as USB audio. Anyone have any ideas here?

This seems to be a new, big issue.

Also, the FW on the Download site is really out of date. There are a few versions since that in the last year.

Thanks man. I searched before posting and found that thread but didn't read it because it seemed OP had a a different issue than me. However, I read a little this time and saw a guy say it needed to be FAT32 so I just did that and it worked. Thanks!

    You're welcome! But . . . :D

Oh shit! I just read the last couple posts there and didn't see the FAT32 thing. Checking my jump drive, it is formatted to FAT default. FAT16? I will reformat and try again.

    Thank you! :D
