Dont worry, i was in the same boat... Took one look at them with no lift at Americas Tires shop and thought to myself "wow, thats stuffed, should be fine tho!" then the tech turned the wheels and lo and behold, it started rubbing at turning the wheel 15 degrees

There is no difference with 33s on no lift than 33’s with any of the 3” lifts like OME, King, Bistein, Icon, etc. The lift only changes what does or does not rub at ride height.

Regardless, with the proper backspacing, grinder, and ford tool, 33s are easy to fit.

I have been following the 255/85r16 thread. Seems like most guys can do tnwith the stock OR rims. I will be doing 255/80r17 on some scs ray10’s once I get my hands on them. Even if they do rub, I already plan on doing a cmc and fender trimming. If I gotta pull out a bfh and a grinder I will make it fit. No lift

Sooooooo, technically we can also fit 40's with the proper tools (sawzall, hammer, grinder) :sawzall::welder:

Sure you can make it fit. Doesn’t mean the the drivetrain will hold up. Because it won’t.
