    The back area where it attaches to the exhaust has been trimmed perfect to fit a stock exhaust or TRD exhaust.

    If you have another cat back and need it to fit, you'll need to maybe trim a tad more.

    To answer your Question. I have DTLH on it and with the combination of the two. Its extremely loud. So I got rid of it.
