I have a leak between the bracket face after the cat and the bracket face before the muffler - it's about 1/8 to 3/8 inch - wondering what I could fill it in with. Any help appreciated.

There is supposed to be a washer/ gasket in between the flanges on the 2.7( there's a much bigger doughnut gasket on the V6). Try to tighten the two bolts holding it together, if it was too loose you may have lost or rusted out your gasket. Take some pictures and post it up on here.

hygieneboy Thanks for you reply - You are Correct Sir ! The bolts are rusted out and the gasket is rusted out and not there. I did take some pictures but I don't know how to post them - is there a tutorial on TW somewhere preferably A How to Post Pics for DUMMIES step by step. I can send a email - I know how to do that. I'll send a PM to you if you wouldn't mind the email thing. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.

If you are a photobucket user, use this 'tutorial'
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...your-photos-with-photobucket-tutorial.295958/

Otherwise, you can upload photos to your TW account, after transferring them to your computer.
Its kinda clunky and not very intuitive, but it works. Go to the very top of any TW page, click on the 'Media' button, then select 'Upload Photos'. Create an 'album', select the .jpg file, click on 'Save Media', then re-select the newly uploaded photo and copy the URL for pasting into a post.
