    theres is not a shittier more pathetic sounding than that of a non HiPo V6 with an aftermarket exhaust....i am really sorry, but someone had to say it.

    aftermarket exhaust are meant for performance engines..

    Lol you guys are funny. I am in favor of aftermarket exhausts for the V6. Sorry to the 4 bangers though, your better off just removing the muffler.

    The exhaust adds alot of character to the truck. Gives it a voice. Lets you know when its trying. Money well spent.

    X2, my truck is really noisy in the desert and i like being able to hear my engine so i dont have to look at the tach as much.

    Ya I really don't. Long story short as possible here. Got my truck with stock rusted out. Put flow super 44 dual out back. Had that for like a month. Then wanted louder cause I was 15 back then and ya. Got muffler replaced with y pipe with pinch tips. Holy nuts so annoying my head still buzzing. Then put 3" pipe from my cab back. That quieted I down a little and I got rid of the duals. So one exit pipe. Then I put a glass pack with the 3" pipe and didn't like it. So went back to 2.25 cat back no muffler with a 5" tip. Sorry for the rant. But now I am muffler shopping so I can tone it down but I feel it sounds the best how it is now I just want quieter
