    Looking to add an exhaust tip to stock muffler. Has anyone added the TRD Pro or Off-road exhaust tip? Think you can just simply tighten to collar and does not require any welding?
    Also, by simply installing an exhaust tip and leaving muffler system stock will I get a deeper throttled sound?

    No as an exhaust tip is just that an exhaust tip. Noise usually comes from within the muffler chambers. And is this what you want to add?

    It's purely cosmetic. But if you do buy one, get it from Amazon. You can get original manufacturer and pay less than half the dealer's price. Believe me.....I made that mistake when I bought my truck. A little research before hand might have helped me.
