extra value packkage ?

what is the difference between the "sr5 extra value package with jbl" and the "trd sport extra value package with jbl" ? just sport seats and different shocks ? does it come with the power outlet in the bed ?

 

sr5 is just the chrome and sport gives you a scooped hood and some other cool stuff!
