Then I jsut traded my stock TRD sport rims & tires + my 265/70/16 Cooper STT's in at a used tired shop for $700. Then I called a friend at a tire shop and picked up a set of 285/75/15 Dunlop Fierce Attitude M/T.
    fierce_attitude_mt_tire_e495dcc4ca8e964901e0d4b5ee723e272f536511.jpg
Yea, I know the sidewall is a little corny and the name is kinda gay, but I got the whole set for $850 installed so I literally only came out of pocket $150 for the tires and you cant beat that. My truck isnt a mall crawler but its not a full time offroad beast so I figure these will do jsut fine from what i have read. They will be in at 9 in the morning so I will put more pictures and measurments up once they are on.

I also have a scan gauge II and URD short throw shifter going on next week. More updates to follow.

Oh, and BTW my alignment was easy and almost spot on without UCA's and I dont feel an ounce of shudder anywhere in the rev band. I feel a little more of the road through the steering wheel I think but that could just be me being hyper sensative considering the issues others have had.

Ok, got the tires on but its to dark for measurments and pictures tonight. I ended up having to do some inner fender trimming because it was rubbing at full lock and really bad in reverse. I am sure if I stuff them in the wheel well it will still rub but all in all I am happy.
The tires are quieter than the Cooper STT's and dont seem to weave or track at all so thats nice. I do notice now that I am when my truck says 70mph my GPS says 75 so I need to watch that.

Pictures and measurments to follow and hopefully some mud pictures tomorrow.

Ok, no measurments yet but I did do a little offroading (and shooting) on my friends property. Some nice thick sloppy mud, deep water/mud holes and a nice big hill. All in all I am happy with the tires, they bite well and clean nicely in mud. Plus they are quiter than the cooper STT's. Here are some nice pictures for everyone:

Well everyone, its time for an update.

I took my truck on a roadtrip from Vancouver, Wa to Tucson, Az for some work down there and have been having a blast playing down in AZ. Here are some pictures from a road I found on FR 143. I also did the first offroad damage to my truck, nothing major but enjoy the pics.

Its been a while since I updated so I would thought I would put up my current plans.

Recently I have sold my Avid offroad Steps and light bar as well as removed my Bestop soft top. I found out my Bestop was causing a loss of about 7mpg due to the drag it was creating. I will keep it, just not keep it on unless it is needed.

So here is my current plans:
AllPro full underbody skids (IFS, Tranny, Transfercase)... INSTALLED
Avid full weld on sliders... VERY SOON
    CAB MOUNT chop... VERY SOON
TRD S/C under drive pulley... Purchased, just need installed
TRD short throw shifter... Purchased, just need installed
Armored rear bumper with rear tire carrier... By the end of the year
Armorer front bumper... By the end of the year
Doug Thorley headers... By the end of the year
Y-pipe (either Doug Thorley or URD)... By the end of the year

    NEW SUSPENSION:
    REAR
Allpro Expedition rear leaf springs, spring bushings, and U-bolt flip kit.
Fox 2.5" adjustable shocks with remote reservoir
    Extended rear brake line
    Timbren bumpstops

    FRONT
    Total Chaos UCA's
    Timbren bumpstops
    Extended front brake line
Fox 2.5" adjustable shocks with remote reservoir

New front and rear fender flares... Mine have been tore up from offroading and not enough clearance so they have rubbed and begun tearing off.

Yep, got a build page and no unfortunatly its not. I am in the process of picking up the pieces for it and plan on doing it during a "mod day" type thing. Hopefully also by the end of the year for that as well.

I installed my URD 2.8" S/C pulley today. It was to easy, its a shame I waiting this long. I love how the truck runs now. Plenty of power all over the power band.

I also just debadged my truck. I love how it looks now.

Allright, time for the most recent update and plans.

I finally got my Fox Racing shocks and coil overs, Allpro expidition leafs, TC UCA's, and Timbren bump stops on. I also re-installed my Dunlop Fierce Attitude 285/75-R16. I still need to crank up my coils and plan on doing that next weekend once they settle a little. The back is crazy high and I love how it rides, I just need to crank up the front and then get an alingment. I also got all of my skid plates installed and my Avid weld on sliders with kick outs. Here are the most recent pics. I havent really taken any recently so some of them are hard to tell.
Here you can see my sliders a little bit:

Extreme, this is very close to what I want to do. Still debating the big three King, Icon or Fox, but the rear setup with the flip kit, bumpstops and expos are dead on. Looking forward to pics with the front cranked up a little, also want to hear from you on the ride quality, ie any issues?
