    Please keep the pilot and his family, as well as the maintainers involved in your prayers. Yesterday a Raptor went out of contact and off radar. The found the crash site about 100 miles north of Anchorage. I know these maintainers and probably the pilot personally, I worked up there back in 06-08. Still no word on the pilot, but they're searching and doing everything they can.

    they've found the crash site, but no pilot as of yet. It appears that he ejected before the jet went down and he should have a survival pack with him and he's dressed to fight the cold. They're continually searching for him and God willing, they'll find him soon. Please, let's all keep praying that he's found and brought home safe for thanksgiving!

    We have lost an Airman who is dearly missed by many, especially his family and friends. Please keep Capt. Jeff Haney's family in your thoughts and prayers. Words cannot begin to describe this, but as a fellow Airman of mine said, and though the words bring chills down my spine, I found these words to be true:
    High Flight
    Oh! ...I have slipped the surly bonds of earth
    And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
    Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
    Of sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things...
    You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared and swung
    High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there
    I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung
    My eager craft through footless halls of air.
    Up, up the long delirious, burning blue,
    I've topped the windswept heights with easy grace
    Where never lark, or even eagle flew -
    And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod
    The high untresspassed sanctity of space,
    Put out my hand and touched the face of God.
