Fab fours bumper led light bars pods lift kit grill markers

When i bought this bumper the company states can mount a winch with modifications im wondering what has to be done to mount a winch to it i regret not getting a bumper with a winch mount already on it but this bumper had the most high clearance which is what i needed if anyone has this bumper an slapped a winch on let me know how!!
