Which electronics, including but not limited to sensors, cameras, or other equipment are installed from the cab back on the Tacoma? I am assuming that uninstalling the factory bed without carefully relocating some of these electronics could introduce fault codes.

I have a 2nd gen Tacoma regular cab with a 6 foot Ute Bed. It transforms the usefulness of the truck, and I plan to install another new 6 foot Ute Bed when the hybrid allocations begin. In anticipation of that, let's start a thread that identifies what is going on from the cab backward to the rear bumper that would need to be accounted for.

    Do we have the following:
    1. Parking sensors in the bumper?
    2. Camera in the rear liftgate?
    3. Any sensors in the rear tail lights, and if so, which kinds?
    4. Any sensors in the bed left or right side?
    5. Any sensors pointing backward on the cab?

Here is the Ute Bed thread with some photos if you are interested: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...-ute-bed-tray-for-2nd-3rd-gen-tacomas.622830/
