Factory JBL problems

I have a 2011 dcsb with the factory JBL in it. Recently it has been doing some weird stuff. A few times when I press a preset button to schange the station it will switch to CD, then I have to wait for it to load the CD before it will let me switch back to radio.
It did this 3 times before I just took out all the CDs hoping this was an easy fix. Now randomly when I press a preset it will try to load a cdd then display "no disc" and turn off. I would just turn it back on and go from there.
Not a big deal but really annoying when all I want to do is change the station.

My question is, is this a common problem with the JBL? I really like the sound so initially I thought I would just pick up another factory hu on eBay but I don't want the issue just to come back. Then I thought about just getting an aftermarket hu, but after reading a few reviews online I was hearing that an aftermarket one might not work as well with the factory amp/sub and I a, not wanting to replace everything.

I should add that I have about 6months left of warranty, but this is so randon that with my luck the dealer would not be able to replicate the issue and tell me all is well. Its only happened about 5-6 times in the last 3 months.

id push to get it fixed under warranty......... thats just unacceptable imho
