I would not put pizza cutters on. I personally think they look odd. You can get an all terrain 265 70 17 and it looks nice on stock suspension. If you get at least a 2 inch lift, get accutune uca’s, and set them to 3 degrees of caster. Then you can fit a 285 70 17 without a chop or any fender cutting. That is what I did and I have fully flexed it.

I’d love to lift mine 2-2.5in max. I don’t want to get into cab chips and needle bearings. 33s are plenty tall for me. Just need 1-1.5in of ground clearance and I’d be happy. Lots of ruts on the farm

I was at a dealer I frequent yesterday. A ghod friend who is a salesperson, mentioned to me that he saw a “lift” option in the “extras” category, that was bot the “TRD Lift” option. The vague details of that lift, were 2” front and 1” rear. To which I responded “sounds like a block-lift or leveling kit”. And the price tag on it was just over $3100. Try not to be shocked at the cost compared to what you get at a dealership. Lol.

Your truck is how all TRD Off Road trim packages come from the factory. There is a small spacer on the rear but it is NOT the OEM TRD Lift kit. I think there is a sticky thread on what tires fit on specific stock trim packages. I’m pretty sure 32-33in tires are going to require an optional lift.

So 33in pizza cutters probably aren’t going to fit?

From my understanding a 255/80r16 will fit on a stock set up with stock wheels. You may tag the mud flap but I stand with the other opinion of a 265/75r16 is better suited. I ran a 265/70r17 for a year on all stock with no issues. Have a buddy with this set up and that truck goes everywhere you could want.

    Don’t need lift for 32 or 33. Stock sr5 running 33. Had 32 before.

Stock sr5 wheels 16x7 +25 offset. Had 235/85/16 in e rated geolandar’s before and now running 255/85/16 in Yokohama g03. Only rubbed the right front wheel well liner about 1/2 inch by 1 in at full compression at left turn on the G03. That stopped after some wear. Never enough to even think about.

You don’t need wide tires if you are going off-road. If you’re going off-road and need to look good to impress someone then go wide and do a chop and a bunch of other stuff. I stick to what works and what doesn’t need more money thrown at it to work. And I’m still on stock suspension. My truck just works and works it’s ass off well.

255/85/16 or 255/80/17 will fit no problem as long as you used a factory wheel or something with similar specs. I think the pro wheels have a different offset so they will not fit

This is a true statement. I think if they made a 255/90/16 it would fit as well. Stick to stock wheels with + 25 and I think the other trucks have a +30 ( someone will correct me I’m sure if I’m wrong). Aftermarket wheels that may advertise a +15 through +25 may not fit the tires correctly in the wheel well. Ask me how I know.

I’m just looking to get around the farm better. Clear the ruts, stumps, logs, etc. I think 33in tires will be plenty. If I can avoid a lift I’d prefer that

If you get the trd lift kit, it rides almost exactly like stock. It will be really difficult for you to fit 33s without a lift and aftermarket control arms. You could probably fit a 275 70 17 with a spacer lift and some minor trimming.
