Faded fender flares...beyond repair?

    Are there any products that could bring these back to life? Or, is repainting them the only option?

    Ok, my right side flares have started doing the same thing (07' super white) The dealer that I have been going to says the super white trucks are not clear coated, single stage paint. But to me it looks like clear coat failing

    Wax it twice a year. Before summer and before winter. And yes stays outside. I am in SoCal.

    Just the basic indoor/outdoor Krylon that Walmart sells. I have since then redone the gloss black with flat. The gloss scuffs up way too easily.
