    Hi guys,

Got a line on some TRD beadlocks. Price seems too good to be true. Are there knock offs in the market?

If you could, would one of you with 16" TRD beadlocks have a look for stamping marks or other identifying casting marks or codes in the front/back of the wheel?

    Thanks a million!

    Brian.

FYI. There most Definitely Chinese knock off beadlocks on the market. Be careful what you buy.

    Lol I will!
How can you tell if they are or are not? I have a set of bronze Trd fake bead locks I may be getting rid of. Pretty sure they are genuine I got them from a TW member.

Other than possible manufacturing defects or cheap materials there's probably nothing wrong with the Chinese ones.

They might be just as good. I might even buy them. I just don't want to pay legit OEM price for a fakes.

The legit ones are made in U.K. vs China.

The TRD fakelocks are made in England. Or were... don’t know if that’s still the case. But mine have made in England on the inside.
