They also make an air dry application. Just need to sand blast with 100 grit and just spray. Did a Kimber with it, and it's still perfect. Lots of colors and sheens.

I started at 33 but bumped up to 35 psi and things feel smoother and tire wear seems to be pretty good.

One thing I've noticed with these tires (AT3 265/75/R16s) is that when they are cold in the morning (outdoor temps. 30-40 degrees overnight) I get quite a bit of vibration out of them first thing in the morning. I feel like i'm riding on studded tires or mudders for the first 5 minutes and that they tires are out of balance for about 10 minutes. Then, as they warm up after about 15 minutes of driving, they are smooth as silk. I don't have this issue in the afternoon and I had the tires rebalanced.

    Anyone else experience this?

It could be from the rubber getting stiff and inflexible due to the colder temps. I would check your inflated PSI also to rule that out. Maybe bump them up a few pounds each to see that takes care of it.

I experience this too, particularly if the truck has been sitting for a couple days. I'm assuming the tires flat spot to some degree, and then round back out after they get rolling and the compound warms up.

I'm running 28-29 cold and 34-35 warm. I'm hoping after a few miles this phenomena will go away....

If those tires were on my truck, I'd try running it at 32 cold and go from there.

They just came out with a skinny 33- 255/80/17. I’m holding out for the 16” version if they ever decide to drop that. :)

Tried that... 32 cold sounds great, but when they warm up they get to 38 and thats a pretty rough ride... on the lousy highways around here...

I really wanna stick with a P rated tire this time round, I found the LTs really made my ride suffer on my 2nd Gen. Most dirt roads around here are better maintained then the paved.

Nice, that's my next tire as soon as I replace the original ones.

Been waiting for the 255 33”, are they C-rated?

    Nope. E rated 255 @ 52lbs.
    265 70 c rated @ 57lbs
