    Sliders, skid plate, and hood hinge light bracket on the way, can't wait. Any suggestions on a coating for the sliders? I will be standing on them sometimes.

    Not to knock DD because its great advise, but I like the regular bed liner better. http://www.duplicolor.com/products/truckBedCoating/

    I used the bed armor on my skids and it just holds onto any dirt that gets on it. The bed liner is very durable and looks better with just a bit of sheen to it.
    The way I looked at it, no matter what you use if you rub it on rocks you will be touching it up anyway. Might as well use something that looks better.

    x2 on Coral Pink Dunes. *Especially* if you're focusing on photography!! Hit it anywhere near sunset and you're golden (no pun intended).
    Speaking of photography spots, stop in at Grosvenor Arch on your way down Cottonwood Canyon Road. Both are great for shooting, especially the Cockscomb along Cottonwood Canyon.
    Be sure to drive the Hells Backbone loop. Spectacular scenery, and one bottomless pit of a drop...on both sides...inches from the road edge.
    If you want a hike with some great scenery, check out Calf Creek Falls. Trailhead at the campground.
    If you want a full day's hike that's hella fun, check out Peekaboo and Spooky slot canyons. Go up Peekaboo, when you climb out of the top cut across to your right (about 4:00 with Peekaboo at your 6:00) about 1/4 mile and drop down into the top of Spooky. Be sure to bring lots of water and food/snacks, because the hike out of the wash back to the truck is tougher and longer than it looks...and completely exposed.
    Lemme know if you need any other pointers or advice. GSENM is my favorite stompin' grounds, and I try to get out there at least once a year.

    I did GSENM in a bone stock truck with not even 5,000 on it, during the last late-season snowstorm, in back-country sections that you're not even getting close to. Stock highway tires, to boot. You'll be fine. It sounds like where you're going you could even do it in a Honda.

    Got my stuff today, looks beefy and strong. I have a question about the hardware. There are two different size bolts and two different diameter washers, where do they go? Raining it's ass off here for the next couple of days, so I can't play with my new toys yet.
