Try a dealer site like parts.camelbacktoyota.com to find parts even if you buy elsewhere (McGeorge is an identical search interface, there are lots of them.) They have exploded views and highlighted parts so it's way easier to find part numbers, then you can confirm on the Toyota parts site. I agree, it may be the "final authority" for parts numbers but it's pretty counterintuitive to use.

You may say you're done tonight, but what if the bolts are very close to coming off? I'm sure most of us (me included, many times) have been right there with you and almost gave up. My go-to is shoot the bolts (AGAIN) with PB blaster, go take a rest (in my case nap LOL) and try again. This actually works. Sometimes. :p

I got the nuts loose with vise grips and a hammer. I was thinking they were bolts but I didn't have the angle on them to see.

The Aisin fan clutch indeed has much quieter and normal behavior. I don't understand why.

    4 run, 2 don't
Aisin is quality, no reason to get anything else.

There a a few really great videos on youtube about how to remove fan clutch, open up the clutch and replace the
very thick oil in the clutch. I have not done this, but I have seen it done and it is a less expensive alternative to
a POSSIBLE fix to your fan clutch problem. I suggest viewing a few of these- easy and cheap.

You happen to remember the part # for the fan bracket bearing you speak of?

    Edit**
Found Aisin FBT-004 for Correct part.
