I haven't been on here for a while, so I don't know where you guys get parts. But I found this place in suburban Philadelphia that couldn't be better. Same day ship, very reasonable shipping charges, liberal return policy, and a 35-40% discount. Name of website:

    Partznet.com

I have made two major purchases and both went through real smooth. PS: I have zero financial interest in this company.

Also, if you live in the area, you can do a pick up. That worked out well for me, too.

I checked some premium front end suspension & brake parts I have recently purchased against Partznet. Not impressed
But I am glad they worked for you, thanks for sharing.

What was the issue? Non competitive pricing?

It’s wild to see the price difference between west coast distributors their east coast counterparts.

Best prices I have found and used is TRDShop. com. It is a dealership in Tupelo MS which is nice for me since they are only an hour away from me (for big things I don’t want to pay to ship) I recently bought some running boards for about 120 cheaper than any other place I could find on the net.

I'll put in a vote for Lewis Toyota of Topeka. Best price over all the others mentioned above and pretty good turnaround time. Not sure if the FREESHIP code still good or not but it's an awesome deal if you are ordering big/heavy items.

For "Sold My Subaru": Who is cheaper, east coast or west coast? Nothing would surprise me about CA.

I recently went into my dealership to buy the oem roof rack with conicelli’s web page up to see if they would match the price. But I didn’t show him first. So i gave the parts counter guy the part number and he came back with his price only being higher by $5. Then I showed him there price and he said most dealerships will keep up with current online prices. I also got my trd muffler from them about 6 months ago to avoid shipping costs. Not all dealerships are crooked. Sales department thats a different story

They didn’t beat the price on the running boards I just bought… they were close but 12 dollars more. If I had to ship they may have been better.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Partznet is the online part of Conicelli Toyota

I have always had good treatment from my local dealer once I trained the parts people years ago .

No doubt they aren’t always the cheapest but that varies by which parts you choose.

TRDShop is on the RevolutionParts platform same as McGeorge, Boch, Boulder, etc. Basically all the same with minor price discrepancies. No discounts/coupons.

Lewis of Topeka, Conicelli, Stevens Creek, etc. are on the Simplepart platform. Again almost the same with minor pricing differences. Coupons are often available and right now they have the FREESHIP promo code. Came in huge for me while buying heavy/bulky brake parts.

Either way I shop around every time I do a project. For me, making a spreadsheet and checking all online and local spots is how I figure where to order from. One of the benefits of working at a computer all day I guess.

I am very happy with the dealership I bought my TRD Sport! I live in Delaware but ventured out to the countryside between Dover, Delaware and Easton, Maryland!

Photos of trip between Dover & Easton start here post#16:

Just picked up some touch up paint yesterday and saw the Sales Rep who assisted with my purchase.

A big thumbs up for Koons. I can’t speak about their parts department but I just bought a used Toyota from their Chevy dealership and it was a very smooth experience. I would buy from them again.

Conicelli did me a big favor. I ordered the WRONG part and kept it longer than they said I could if I expected an exchange for the right part. Well, Conicelli was very fair, took the part back, and sent me the correct one. I paid shipping, no big deal. I screwed up and they didn't screw me.

Which dealer is the preferred one for you? There's a lot of them mentioned in that thread. Thanks.

I generally go on Ernie Boch Parts put the part number or numbers in. He generally has the lowest prices but don’ doesn’t allow pick up. I email my parts guy local to me and he matches it, and charges only the additional tax no shipping.

For me I use TRDShop .com which is a dealership in Tupelo MS.

I was referring to Lewis Toyota of Topeka which was mentioned to have great shipping promos.
