I'm prototyping these things for my own purposes currently, and figure there would probably some interest from you guys as well. I'll let the pictures do most of the talking.

Thinking I would sell the main body for $50 shipped w/ 2 accessory plates of your choice. Additional plates if ordered in the same order would be $10 ea. Discount on pairs.

No fasteners needed - it just slides over the window sill with a near-perfect contour, and the folding window closes over it for a little added security. Tests surprisingly strong as well.

These are 24hr+ prints (around 300grams) for the bodies, and 3-6hr prints for each accessory plate. PLA. The Blank and Pegboard variants would be adjusted from standard 20% infill to 80% infill for robustness. Coin holders and Bill/Card holder also to be available if they test ok.

Let me know if you're interested, thanks! Also open to more ideas for accessory plates!

(ignore the two-tone, I was using the last of my filament - this will not happen on production versions)

Cool original idea. I might try one out, the price seems very friendly. Can you afford to sell them that cheap after you factor your time and costs?

I would highly recommend not using PLA for something that goes in a vehicle. It will warp and deform once it gets above a certain temperature. PETG would be a better option.

Sounds good, a valid concern - I'm still new to 3D printing so that's the stuff I need to learn. I'll look into getting some today, and reprint the prototypes using it

    Yep,
    Filament ~$10-$15
    Shipping ~$10
    Hardware (if included) ~$1
Recoup time is the remaining $25

Couple prints done today. Looks like I hit em first try.

Business and loyalty cards fit pretty well vertically in the 2nd one if you don't like the idea of cash out in the open, but you'll probably need a small stack so they don't slide around.

Edit: nvm, went ahead and make a multi-card holder. (business vertical in back, standard credit card size in front horizontal)

    That looks cool
Is there a fitment for model years or all Xtendened cabs?

Send me a pic of the rear window area of your 96 extended cab and I can confirm. Not sure if it will be all model years yet
