No, for my headlight low beams - don't tell me I ordered the wrong kit! Its like the metal fan wont fit in the space due to a metal frame. This aint my first rodeo but maybe i'm doing something wrong.

You'll probably need to loosen the headlight assembly and tilt it forward to get them inserted.

The 2 Stroke bulb is 42mm (1.65 inch) from tabs to back of the housing. I measured 1.75 inch from socket face to fender support, it is TIGHT...

That dimension came straight from Andrew, he basically confirmed that possibly partially removing the headlight might be required to seat and twist the bulb in the socket. Make sure you get everything lined up before you put it all back together. LoL

Hey guys just installed my 2 stroke bulbs. Took me about 30 mins. Blazing Taco is right, you have to loosen and remove the two screws on top of the head light and slightly move the headlight forward. It is a tight fit. Start with the passenger side first. As you insert the bulb, slowly rotate until it falls into place. The driver side is a little harder so take your time, same concept as the passenger side just a little tighter. The only future problem I see is the wire comes out the center of the back of the bulb and rubs directly on the frame of the truck. I used to have the OPT 7 bulbs installed and returned them because the beam pattern faded to soon in front of the truck. 2 Stroke bulbs are a huge improvement with keeping usable light in front of the truck. I also have the Morimoto XB LED fog lights installed. Excellent upgrade, I am happy with this purchase. Both low beam and fog lights are quality products.image.jpgimage.jpg

Nice! I would put something between the wire and fender area. Any output shots?

Millimeter or two to spare. Daamnnnn! Yeah, looks like I need to break out the split loom to jacket those leads when I install mine.

I live in a big city so it's hard to find total darkness, hope these help. I am satisfied with the output.

Hey man how did you get these bulbs to squeeze behind the headlight without hitting the fender?

Start with the passenger side first, that was the easiest side to do. Take the 2 screws out that hold the top of the headlight. Carefully pry the tabs up and tilt the headlight forward. Then twist the new bulb into place. It will be at an angle but it will fall into the socket. It only goes in one way so don't force it. Take your time.

I figured it out, they barely squeak in there lol. Exactly how I did it, so you think they are brighter than the 50w hids? I'll find out in a little when it gets dark
