I used the 2 bulbs, 2 drivers, 2 bulb adapters and the 2 driver adapters. Definitely not using the anti flicker things and didn't buy em or need anything extra.

Everything listed under the standard parts section of the install guide is what you will need.

Ive been tempted to do the highs but I feel like it will just be too much wiring and driver boxes up by the headlights...hardly use my highs anyways

Anyone put the 2strokes in the 16 Tacoma fogs? How's the output. Blinding people. Any shake bounce install issue, hard to install or mount extra stuff??

The LEDS should have zero bounce because there is no actual filament like HID or halogens. At the same time they may not be the best for the stock fog housings. They do well in the low beams because we have the projector housing already but the stock fog housing is just a reflector so light may be scattered. For a little bit extra you can get the XB LED fogs and they are a direct replacement for the OEM fogs...nothing to tie down no box to mess with they are easy to adjust up or down...I love mine and install is simple.

I bought all my stuff from Distantxtremes and loved the customer service and the 10% off coupon TENOFF.

Sounds good but they are 170 vs the 100 ish for the led kit

Plus my Tacoma is lifted and it's gonna be bright

True true. For the extra $45 it was worth it to me to have the full fog light and housing plug and play...the XB's are nice and focused in a straight line I also think they look better aesthetically. The XB's are $153 with 10% coupon and the 2strokes are $108 with coupon.

I don't know if you can adjust the stock fogs so blinding could be an issue with the 2stroke LED's. I would look at the stock fogs for some type of adjustment screw to see if you can point them downwards if needed.

Easiest install method IMO is to pull your grill off which is simple...gives you a lot of access to the fog area.

Just installed the XB fogs, pretty easy, no grill removal needed just some skinny hands will do!

anyways, once i put them in i didnt adjust them and i see them point down. when i am in my truck i cant see them shine onto the ground (im on 3 inch lift with 33's)

how do i adjust them clockwise makes them go up ?? since i work grave yard i dont have time to adjust them in the night
planning on trying to do them in the daytime but will it be hard to see and align them straight

    Thanks.

Adjustment should be easy there is just a screw that you turn underneath to adjust up or down. I think mine were adjusted ok if I stand in front of them the beam hits me just above the knee. Best bet would be to try and pull up to a garage door or find a parking garage to aim on a wall?

A little yes..they throw to the side a bit which is what they should do and you can definitely tell they are on from the driver seat..they light up maybe 2-3ft in front of truck. Aim higher if you want more distance I would think.

True true I like em over the stock halogens but definitely not comparable to like a light bar or something...ive been curious about the pro rigid fogs nobody has any light shots yet I wonder how bright they are.
