Fellow Limited owners. Are you ok that it isn’t a TRD OR/Pro?

That's a great looking truck!

First Tacoma I sat in was a Limited, and I really liked the interior. I personally wanted an AC ... just wish that the ACs had more interior options. Enjoy it!

Are you under the age of 20? It sure seems like it. I dont give a fuck what other people think or like. I also buy what I want. I don't care if its a "real truck"

I really like my limited as well but I am a getting to be (or am) an old guy so it fits. I'll put some bigger tires on this summer and that's about it.

Nope, I've talked to two buddies who have the different traction modes, crawl control, locking rear diff and both of them have never used them..... I plan on putting a slight lift, getting a skid plate and a Yakima rack and then my build will be complete.

I went for the limited trim as Toyotas known for reliablity so if this truck is going to last 10+ years I don't spend the extra money on leather seats and things I enjoy like the sunroof. Plus all blacked out Nightshade doesn't look too bad.......

I went with a 2022 Limited Nightshade in Metallic Gray.
My 55 YO ass likes leather heated seats.
A sunroof to let the air in and a big fan of Michelin LTX tires, had 5 or 6 sets on previous vehicles over the years.
I worry less about taking a RZR 1000 in the woods than a Taco or T4R.
"Management Guy" & geezer trim package really don't fit me, I'm more of an old curmudgeon. So don't even think of setting foot on my lawn!

Must resist thoughts of a C8 Z06 for 60th birthday!

TRD Lift; TRD Pro 16" Wheels w/KO2s; Blacked Out
I feel you. My two previous Tacos were OR, the one I'm getting is a Sport, but the one I really want is the Pro. I've NEVER modded up my vehicles in the past, but I feel like I got such a great deal on my Sport that I have ordered smaller wheels and bigger tires for it, I will be blacking the exterior, AND am SERIOUSLY considering getting the TRD Lift which comes with the pro grill.

I think honestly for me all of it is the knowledge that I am purchasing a BRAND NEW VEHICLE, which I have not done in likely 20 years or so. Add on that I decided not to pay $7K mark up for a Pro M/T that I was strongly considering is likely contributing to my remorse.

I've come to the conclusion that my next Taco WILL be the PRO in the color I want and M/T and at MSRP. I will wait as long as I need to to get it.

I've also decided to be super happy with what will soon be arriving knowing that I can likely get strong ROI because of the current market.

    Phew.
