Led Tailights, OEM roofrack, 3 inch lift, Halo light bar and Black Wheels

So has anyone bought the one piece fender flare and hood kit that converts into 2006 tundra or 2nd gen taco headlights? If so does it come wth thr front bumper that they show? Is it just a bolt on kit?
