    GOT IT! VICTORY IS MINE!!!

    (Sadly I tried that strategy...sorta. Didn’t realize they had larger sizes in another section.)

    2nd trip I was over confident and measured wrong.

    But the 3rd trip! AHA!

    Alas, I got more miles on my TSB updates and the mileage is better. I forgot who I was suppose to update, but I’m getting the same MPGs as before. It’s still a work in progress because I’m still in the “learning phase”.

    Went in to my local dealer yesterday. Made an appointment for 2:00 today. Went in today and they applied the update from T-SB-0058-18. T-SB-0062-18 wasn’t even considered because it’s for “high altitude” situations. But from what I’ve been able to glean from other posts, it’s the basically the same. Seems to drive a bit different. Better. Didn’t get to put many miles on it to test it out. Time will tell. Hopefully the 3rd-4th shifting “flare “ will be gone and the shift pattern will be better.

    Curious what the surge is actually like. I know my truck does a small flare between 3rd and 4th (not strongly felt, but you can see it on the tac better). Highway seems like its either in 6th or 5th gear
