Finally got a Tacoma

Hi everyone,
We finally found a used Tacoma in my price range! We needed a four wheel vehicle for mostly Winter driving. We previously had a 2003 Chevy S10 that was only two wheel drive which was not a Winter vehicle here in Maine.
We also have had and still do, Toyota vehicles, a Cressida, (probably the very best Toyota produce we ever owned but was only two wheel drive) we traded for the first version of Prius and four other Prius over the years.
The Tacoma is a base model that was used for commuting and seems to be in good shape. We added step boards, (wife had a problem getting into the Tacoma. She is short and has has two recent operations (hip and knee). She really loves the double cab. Overall we are a total Toyota family and I'm sure the Tacoma will serve we well. Glad to find the online group just for Tacomas and am sure that it has answers to any questions that might come up.
