Yeah that's how I started with my Tacoma, small stuff first. Where are you moving to? I believe the crazy shipping cost you guys have to deal with

I live in the US and in Thailand. In Thailand, we have a 2018 Honda Jazz (Honda Fit in US) ... need a small car there.

Thai wife wants a 4Runner in the US ... but I am afraid that I will miss the truck bed.

My last T4R was about 1999 and I loved that vehicle, but it had no bed ... still thinking on what to do for the next in 2019.

You can always get a 5th gen 4Runner for the wife and keep your truck or is that not financially a good idea?

...^^^... Thanks .... I was thinking about that option too ... we will both need a vehicle in the US.

After owning a bunch of Toyota trucks and many much nicer than my present truck ... for some reason ... I really like my 2016 SR5 AC/LB the most.

If I keep my Tacoma, she will probably go with a CRV.

Yea even with headstrong TW prices the shipping kills you. We want to move to Oregon. Hawaii is just getting to ridiculous. They keep raising taxes and city and county fees. It will be a huge adjustment.

For me to register both my vehicles every year I pay over 900 bucks. 446 for the 4Runner 489 for my Tacoma.

I’m a fan of dispersed camping and using the MVUM’s to find places!

Personal freedoms and liberty regarding state ranking.
    50 New York
    49 Hawaii
    48 California.
I would like to avoid these states.

Bodie is awesome! Such a cool place to visit. I went through in 2014 with a old friend who was going through a rather bitter divorce. We drove out through Hawethorne NV and throughout aurora and into CA and Bodie.
