That is a unicorn truck!! 1st year of lunar mist color. 4cyl, manual, low miles, unmodified... I could go on and on. That is a very nice find!

Thanks for all the kind words yall!! For sure I don't mind sharing, I definitely paid a LOT a bit over 17k... but the service records were impeccable and it spent its life in a high desert so as far as rust goes, me and my trusty hammer couldn't find any on the frame (anything serious anyway)

I waited for a long time to find one that was COMPLETELY stock. The old man I bought it off cared a lot for it. He said it the truck had a soul and didn't like being modified... Perfect! I want to keep it that way anyway:)

I can tell from the engine bay photos that all of those zinc coated bolts are in MINT condition that the truck is in great condition overall regarding rust and environmental exposure. Good find!

Just a lucky marketplace find! I have alerts set up that tell me when a vehicle in the parameters I am looking for come up so that gives me a little head start compared to most. Post was up for only an hour when I responded and I was already in day 2 time slot for viewings... If you believe the guy, he said lots of people offered just under asking the first day and I was the first to offer asking price.

Thought the first gen's rotted from the inside out? Any way to combat that? I have been doing some preliminary searching on the forums and I can't find anything specific about the inside of the frames.
