BP-51 OEM LIFT..33;s...full skids....dual Batteries

Looking for ideas have a 2015 taco..soon to install antenna..truck has factory bed liner which comes up over top side of the bed..also have a soft bed cover..was thinking about installing a L bracket on one side on the top of the bed, under the liner , and bolt a fire stick mount to the upright part....anyone ever tried this..or is there a commericial bracket made to do this....open to any ideas, not to crazy about mounting to the rail and having to cut the bed cover...

or other options maybe bumper etc...if there is a thread for this sorry I missed it
