Find another spot. Not worth the hassle of someone who doesnt know messing with your alignment IMO

    - "probably" -
They said that before setting the truck up for alignment, or they have issues during the alignment?

I just went to the shop and gave them the alignment sheet that jba has on their website and said make my numbers look like this. He was annoyed by he did it.

They showed me the cams and they’re maxed out, and these are the numbers.

I really hate to ask, you guys did installing properly right? I'm not saying this to offend you, but there was the post around here somewhere someone saying they installed new ucas opposite sides (or upside down.. ) and couldn't figure out the alignment....

    enough to have fun
I have JBA UCA's and firestone can align mine without issue. In fact, they set it to what I want regarding caster

What is your suspension set up? High caster uca on stock suspension could be problematic

    I installed them.

There’s only one bolt on each arm. I don’t see how they could be installed wrong unless they’re on the wrong side. In which case I imagine it would ride so badly I prob couldn’t even steer. And the numbers would be way worse.

Yeah, you're right, possibly way worse...
Hope you resolve it soon. I'd try another shop (I know, $$) and contact JBA. Good luck,

After reading and hearing great things about them, I'm considering getting JBAs instead of SPC for my truck. So I'm interested in your resolution

yeah firestone sucks. wouldn't max out my caster with the JBA UCA (for some reason couldn't get past 2 degrees of caster) and even made the alignment worse. to make things worse the grease monkeys flattened my alignment tabs.

went to a shop that specializes in alignment and they dialed it in less than an hour. a month later i got TC gussets welded on because firestone ruined mine

You should be able to get into spec. I'd like to see the alignment cams to see if they are rotated correctly. Specifically the front cams
