    Hey everyone,

Ive got a 2013 with 124k. I had my throwout bearing replaced around 99k and its making noise again that I can hear in cab a little. No Chirping outside yet like last time. Ive got 2k to spend on parts ad enough to cover Labor already set aside. I want no issues for another 100k. what would yalls plan of Action be???

i guess if i had to crack mine open, i would do everything from the fly wheel to clutch to throwing out bearing.. maybe even toss in a new slave cylinder. pretty much all that is in there...

Consider having the urd quill sleeve and oversized tob installed at the same time to prevent possible problems in the future. While your in there.

I am def replacing the Flywheel and Clutch. Im thinking of going with just the Stage II URD and Lightweight Flywheel and The hydro Sleeve deal and oversized Bearing put in. Hopefully that will keep her running for along time with no issues

I would avoid a light weight flywheel on a truck. Especially the big V6 we have. You want that extra mass to keep things smooth and it will help keep momentum and torque offroad too.

I would also replace the rear main seal and associated oil seals in the rear. Hate to have them leak soon after replacement of the clutch because all that labor will have to be done again. Plus oil on any friction material like clutches and brakes kills them. That is SOP for me.
