    Cable Loss Estimator
I planned to use the shielded 16/4 Monster Cable from the head unit to amp, but with only .17dB loss @ 10 ft I was able to use it for speaker wire too (30 ft in total).

The Kolossus Fleks Kable is really high quality; 8 ft is enough to route from battery to driver’s seat.

The Noico sound deadener works well. I used 12 sq ft to nearly cover the entire outer skin and half coverage on the inboard panel of both doors.

    Note:
DEI 050330 Boom Mat Speaker Baffles DON’T FIT- window hits when rolled down

    Binding Post
    Pixnor 45mm
    Speaker Wire
    KnuKonceptz Karma SS 10ga

The binding post will not accept 10ga so I upgraded that.
I used tee nuts/socket head bolts to secure the woofer to the enclosure. Hertz supplied a seal, so I traced around the woofer with a razor and removed the carpet to get a good seal.

    Mount to back wall
I epoxied two bindings to the back side of two holes which were already in the support; I bolted them in place.

I positioned the enclosure over the bolt heads and pressed it against the bolt heads, making indentations in the enclosure carpet- I then drilled holes at the indentations (did the same for the wall carpet).

I epoxied inserts in the enclosure holes, to keep the bolts from damaging the MDF over time. After the epoxy set 24hrs, I removed the bolts and installed the enclosure; I put neoprene washers between the flat washer and MDF.

The enclosure almost looks like it was custom made for the truck, it fits between the plastic perfectly.

Online parts and Google searches, whatever pic pops up. Sometimes I change up or combine several images to get the result I want. Short answer, I make them lol

My arm rests cracked, same as everyone else.
I went online and found a marine epoxy kit and fiberglass cloth to add rigidity to it.
Before applying, I put a little super glue in the cracks and held into place so the epoxy set everything in proper place. I wiped it down with alcohol, sanded and wiped down again.

    $9.99 Marine Epoxy 4 oz

$6.71 Fiberglass Cloth 8 sq ft

    It's held up very well

Have any more info on what kind of pistons you're running in your built motor? I was looking at ordering some 8.0:1 or 8.5:1 pistons from LCE

Wow sorry I didn't get back to you haha haven't been in this thread in forever. I was sent 8.5, traditionally good for high boost.
