I have a co worker that recently ordered a Pelfreybilt bumper that he hasn't installed yet, but is thinking about selling... I will ask him about it if you are interested?

I went ahead a spoke to him, he decided that he is going to keep the bumper.

I'd offer to help build something, but I've got too many of my own projects that I need to get finished. Probably wouldn't be able to start on anything for a month or so. Hopefully getting this done over the next few weekends. IMG_1156.jpg

Speaking of, any 2nd gens up here need some rear suspension parts?

    Extended brake lines
    Allpro standard leaf springs
    Ubolt flip kit
    Wheelers super bumps
Sos concepts shackle flip kit with adjustable length shackles
Possibly bamf shock relocation tower and 12" kings
    2"wheel spacers

Pm me, I'll be tearing most of this off my truck this weekend

Yessir. Dmz spring under. Hopefully getting 90% of the install done this weekend and next. But I am still waiting on my shocks. So I should have everything off the truck and available this weekend other than shocks since I will use those temporarily until the right ones come in.

As are a few other people. I'll work together a pm with prices for you in a few min. Trying to go first come first serve while keeping certain parts packaged together. But I have gotten a lot of interest over the last month or so, so whoever starts handing out cash first will get first dibs.

I'll let you know. I've got a few people interested in bundling chunks of my parts already

Went out to the back of sunset crater today with my pup.
Pretty neat stuff, but soft as hell.

thinnking of building my own swing out tire carrier anyone have design thoughts etc? relocate the camera or leave it in place? just center the tire or maybe offset with some jerry cans on the other side? thinking of using square tube and having an option to lock it in the open position.

Yea that’d be cool. Wouldn’t be hard to do out of square tubing as long as you have a welder. I like the tire offset with the jerry cans on the side

Mine swings out and down. No fuel carriers yet since I haven't decided on jerry cans vs spending the money on rotopax or similar and been too busy going LT. IMG_1285.jpgIMG_1284.jpg

Yes the hinge and locking mechanisms are the expensive parts. I was probably $650 in mine and maybe $300 of it was in the tubing and sheet metal.

Yep, that's why I was asking so much for it. I was trying to cover the expenses for building this high clearance one with the dual swing out. But that one could probably get modified to keep the stock tailgate and add a swing out for about $2-300.
