Who else is into flight sims? I've been getting into Digital Combat Simulator and have a couple of their modules - F-15, F/A-18, and now the AH-64 Apache. Not the best at them yet, but I can fly decently and the DCS community is pretty great and informative with Youtube, Discord, etc. Currently using a Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS and TrackIR 5.. and thinking about upgrading to a nicer joystick in the future.

Haven't really gotten into it but I've dabbled a bit, having a VR rig turns it into a totally new and emersive experience as you can naturally head track bogies while maneuvering which is fantastic for dog fighting.

It's not full VR, but TrackIR was a game changer for that as well. Most of the DCS modules are high fidelity - meaning 95% of the in cockpit swtiches and displays work. TrackIR let you easily access any of the switch panels without having to tie up a hatswitch, as well as letting you look around the cockpit as well.
