Does anyone know if this is fixable? Or do I just have to live with it. I took it off the truck but I couldn't figure out a way to disassemble it. Most of the time it's not a problem but as soon as I hit a good bump it moves out of adjustment. The right mirror is still good. Any help would be nice :)

Must be something to do with Toyota mirrors. My drivers side does the same thing.
