    My old man had one of these back in the '70s. It a Nissan Patrol. It was spartan as spartan could be. You had to reach out the window to open the door because there weren't any interior door latches. It was pretty cool though.

    Ok that makes since ... I do recall seeing a tire on the hood of these rigs... in that pic it just seems so new and out of place, I couldnt put my finger on it
