Curious why the offset? I'm running the magnaflow 11245 (center in/center out). It lines up perfectly and very happy with performance and sound.

It might. If you are going to use your stock tailpipe, look at how the pipe coming out of the stock muffler lines up in relation to the front pipe from the cats.

On mine I went with center in/out because I have seen some offset ones that couldn't be mounted flat because of the offset. I wanted the muffler to be tucked up flat, as far out of harms way as possible.

I don't think there is any difference in sound or performance based on offset.
