So this weekend I have been dog/house sitting for a friend. A month ago he put this "fly trap" up to help deal with the issue. We've been keeping a eye on it as it gets nastier and nastier. Once I saw maggots atop the thousands of dead and alive flys today.....I finally have to share this with my TW friends  ......Oh and the sticky strips I added just to see how many would get stuck in a 4 hour period. (thats what you see) Hi-Def pics even..lol

I used to hang one of those in one of our trees to keep the flies down......when it gets full.......it smells like the shithouse door on a tuna boat.

Just two! A ball python and a leopard gecko.

And a betta fish and three cats. I used to have a guinea pig, too!

Better yet, you could think of some dish that utilizes the dead bugs and use the maggots as a garnish. Post it in the food section! :D
