    Yeah.
Based on your diagram, directly to the battery.

    Yeah.
That white wire goes to what should be a fuse holder (15A). That then goes to the relay that provides power to the lights. Do NOT connect that through another circuit or you may overload another fuse in your system.

Waite, don't connect it directly to the battery. Or I do?

    Yeah.
Sorry, yes, directly to the battery, not through a fuse panel. Like straight to the battery.

That white wire goes to the red post on your battery

    Yeah.
You likely want one that is only hot when Acc or Ignition is on, not on all the time. I didn't have any open spots for my radio and just tagged on to an existing one. Got a pic of the fuse cover?

    Yeah.
    I'd personally use P/OUTLET NO.1 or P/OUTLET NO.2.

    Yeah.
Those are the fuses/circuits for your power outlets (phone/device charging). They shouldn't stay on when the vehicle is off, and if something goes wrong you haven't blown a fuse that might affect your safety.

The actual switch just turns the relay on and shouldn't draw much power at all, but still . . .

Last question how I attach the fog bulb to the bumper? I go from the back side? Which corner I use because it only came with 4 or need all 4 corners?
